Write it down. **Minute 3: Relationship review** Think of one person in your network to connect with or appreciate today. Relationships compound over time. **Minute 4: Learning commitment** What is one thing you'll learn or practice today? Could be reading for 20 minutes, a podcast, or applying a new skill. **Minute 5: Visualise success** Close your eyes and visualise your ideal version of today playing out. Feel what it feels like to show up at your best. This 5-minute practice costs you almost nothing and returns enormous dividends in focus, confidence, and relationship quality. Try it for 30 days.
