This year, during International Women’s Day, I had the privilege of speaking at the prestigious event “She Sparkles.” I’d like to share a few key insights from the experience. One of the standout reminders was that our competence truly empowers our confidence. It’s crucial to be intentional in all our actions and pursuits. I was also honored to lead a panel of esteemed women who have gone through the She Sparkles program. Their experiences were truly remarkable and inspiring. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our host, Coach Rosedee, for her graceful and calm spirit throughout the event. Her leadership and support created an environment where everyone felt valued and empowered. Additionally, various speakers highlighted the importance of building healthy relationships grounded in mutual support and complementarity. A powerful takeaway was the notion that we should not “pour from a toxic well.” Instead, let us strive to be champions of positive energy in our personal and professional lives.
